If your company wishes to attend the exposition as an exhibitor these are the participation fees:

- exposition stand (minimum 4 m²) 200 Euro / m² until 1st of April (Friday - Saturday)
- exposition stand (minimum 4 m²) 250 Euro / m² until 1st of April (Thursday - Friday - Saturday)
- exposition stand (minimum 4 m²) 300 Euro / m² after 1st of April (Friday - Saturday)
- exposition stand (minimum 4 m²) 350 Euro / m² after 1st of April (Thursday – Friday - Saturday)
- product's presentation or workshop 500 Euro/30`
- participation (for companies) 100 Euro/person

The fees include: presence on the Radisson's digital board, this site, congress brochure, all media spaces congress related; coffee breaks, Friday lunch, Thursday and Friday evening cocktails and within possibilities dinner gala.

If you request we can place a hotel room reservation for you - 100 Euro.

The program is correct at the time of the printing, however, the organizers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary. The Conference and/or its agents have the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or to cancel, without prior notice, the Conference or any of the arrangements, time tables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the the Conference. The Conference and/or its agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
