- intrarea in Palatul Parlamentului se va face pe la intrarea Izvor, camera Deputatilor A2S1.
FOARTE IMPORTANT!! ECUSONUL (care se va primi in prima zi) - NU-L PIERDETI, NU-L UITATI pt a putea intra in cladire si pt a va putea misca in interiorul ei !!
- aparatele foto vor putea fi folosite numai in perimetrele Congresului- in rest- taxa 100.000 de aparat
- nu sunt permise camerele video
- toti expozantii, participantii cu lap-topuri e bine sa aiba la ei si un prelungitor
- toti expozantii sau medicii cu workshopuri care au echipamente mai mari decat pot intra intr-o servieta, trebuie sa intocmeasca o lista cu descrierea cat mai exacta pentru a putea introduce si scoate respectivele echipamente in/din Palatul Parlamentului.
